J. Scott Elliott

Founder & Owner

Starting in the small town of Benton, Arkansas, owner Scott Elliott started by building bikes for Walmart himself. Growing from a small family business with his wife, Amanda, Economy Care Services now services states across the country including: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma and Florida. Family-owned and operated, ECS is able to provide the personal touch our competitors cannot. Here at ECS, our focus is on the customer, their needs and vision for their projects and future of their business.

David Marano

CEO

Mr. Marano is the person responsible for overseeing the overall direction of the Economy Care Services. He is primarily responsible for developing the strategies and policies required to ensure that ECS will meet the goals set by ownership. He selects and appoints Managers and department heads as well as monitor the organization’s budget and financial activities. These financial activities can include analyzing financial statements and reports. Mr. Marano also monitors other organization performance indicators while continually seeking to identify ways to cut costs and improve performance and programs in the ongoing efforts to meet ECS’s goals.

Mr. Marano is 51 years old. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1993. Prior to becoming ECS’s Chief Executive Officer he was employed by HMS Host for 14 years and was their Director of Operations for over 9 of those years. HMSHost is a global restaurateur and is a world leader in creating dining for travel venues. HMSHost operates in more than 120 airports around the globe and at more than 100 travel plazas in North America. On behalf of ECS, Mr. Marano, along with Mr. Jones and Mr. Elliott were the executive team that designed and executed the initial Wal-Mart, Inc. ASP rollout for phase I and phase II.

F. Parker Jones III

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Jones is the senior executive in charge of all daily business operations and administration for Economy Care Services. Mr. Jones works with other members of the executive leadership team to develop ECS’s vision, goals and growth strategies. He assesses ECS’s metrics and presents relevant data to other executives as well as ownership. He is also in charge of reviewing staff and mentoring employees to optimize their talents. He further provides the essential operational controls, administrative procedures, reporting systems and keeps the right staff in place so that ECS can grow and operate with increased efficiency and strength. On a daily basis, Mr. Jones also assists in maintaining the direct relationship with ECS's vendor Wal-Mart at the store and corporate level. He also assists in the deployment of ECS’s human assets and overseers contract compliance. He further provides daily leadership and guidance to all employees. Working in conjunction with CEO Mr. Marano, they drive the company’s growth and profitability. Together as an executive team they spearhead strategic initiatives for driving the company’s processes forward in an effective manner.

Mr. Jones is 39 years old. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. Following his undergraduate degree, Mr. Jones obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2005--having specialized in business law and transactional law. Prior to becoming ECS’s Chief Operating Officer he was a partner in the law firm of Dyer and Jones, PLLC for 14 years which focused on delivering small and mid-size business representation in litigation, acquisition, transactional and investigational needs. On behalf of ECS, Mr. Jones, along with Mr. Marano and Mr. Elliott were the executive team that designed and executed the initial Wal-Mart, Inc. ASP rollout for phase I and phase II.

Lisa Hill

CFO

Ms. Hill serves as an integral member of the senior management team. As the Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for supporting the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, and driving a culture of accountability in managing ECS. As the CFO, she is responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with Mr. Jones, Mr. Marano and ownership with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing value. On a day to day basis, Ms. Hill oversees ECS’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing. She ensures that legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with those laws and regulations. She reviews and supervises all financial reporting to reduce costs and identify financial risk and opportunities for ECS. She also reviews and supervises the payroll team and invoicing team.

Prior to joining the team at ECS, Ms. Hill had over 17 years in the financial sector (payroll processing, invoicing, accounting and reporting activities) with experience in developing broad-scope based business relationships. In those activities, she obtained knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications along with excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills. Over the past 17 years, Ms. Hill has been employed as a senior payroll specialist, inventory controller with Paychex, Inc which provides human resource, payroll and benefits outsourcing for small to medium-sized businesses and is ranked 700 on the Fortune 500 list of largest corporations by revenue.
